Less processed wheat, which is far more nutrient-dense than processed wheat flour, is used to make whole wheat flour. India is the third-largest consumer of wheat, an important source of fibre for the populace. It is a staple throughout the nation and around the world, also known as ghau in Gujarati, kanik in Marathi, and kanaka in Punjabi.

At SBUK Agro, whole wheat flour is produced entirely naturally through the use of CBNF, or cow-based natural farming.

All of our partner farmers apply insecticides and manures made of organic materials. They are made according to ancient recipes with cow dung, cow urine, straw, and other dairy waste and are referred to as Jivamrita in the CBNF.

This is reinforced by the use of cow-based products in Whapasa, Achhadana, and Bijamrita seed and soil protection techniques, guaranteeing a closed natural loop.

CBNF is a proponent of zero-budget farming.
